BIAXPLEN has acquired a 50% stake in the European BOPP film producer Manucor S.p.A.
2019
BIAXPLEN launched a new BOPP film production line in Novokuybyshevsk. Following the launch of the new 30.5 ktpa production line BOPP-film annual nameplate production capacity of BIAXPLEN's Novokuybyshevsk branch increased to 55.5 kt.
2014
BIAXPLEN launched a new production facility of BOPP-films in Tomsk with an annual nameplate capacity of 38,000 tonnes per year.

SIBUR’s stake in BIAXPLEN increased up to 100%.
2012
SIBUR acquired 100% share in «NOVATEK-POLYMER». Later it was renamed into Novokuibyshevsk branch of BIAXPLEN.

SIBUR acquired 50% share of «BIAXPLEN» LTD following 100% acquisition in 2012.

BIAXPLEN acquired «ROSEUROPLAST» (now – Zheleznodorozhnenskiy branch of BIAXPLEN).

BIAXPLEN acquired BOPP production plant «GREEN Plastic» (now – Kursk branch of BIAXPLEN).
