Marat Falyakhov was born on 10 April 1975.
In 1998, he graduated from the Kazan State Technological University with a degree in Engineering and Technology. In 2000, he graduated from the Volga Academy of Public Administration majoring in Financial Management in State and Municipal Administration. Mr Falyakhov holds a PhD in Chemistry.
2007–2008: Head of Development Department at SIBUR Synthetic Rubbers Division.
2009–2010: Chief Engineer at the Krasnoyarsk Synthetic Rubbers Plant.
2011–2015: Chief Engineer at Voronezhsintezkauchuk.
2015–2017: CEO of Voronezhsintezkauchuk.
In April 2017 he was appointed Executive Director at BIAXPLEN.

Lyoshina Natalya Born November 19, 1980. Graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Chemistry. Doctor of sociology. Before joining SIBUR, Natalya for more than 10 years held senior positions in HR at companies such as Rostec-Invest, RosselkhozBank, VTB, KIT Finance. As an HRD, she addressed the challenges of strengthening the human capacity, improving the system of motivation and talent management, increasing engagement. Natalya has extensive experience in building system processes in the HR: from timely recruitment, staff retention and competence development to predictive HR analytics. Natalia's focuses in the SIBUR perimeter will be the implementation of a personnel policy that meets Biaxplen's ambitious transformation and efficiency goals.

Александр Терюшов Родился 4 мая 1988 года. Александр имеет два высших образования, Инженер Информационных систем и технологий (Московский Авиационный Институт); Магистр, Менеджмент, Стратегическое управление логистической инфраструктурой в цепях поставок (Высшая Школа Экономики) и опыт работы более 10 лет. До прихода в СИБУР Александр занимал руководящие должности в сфере логистики и управления цепями поставок в международных логистических и FMCG компаниях. В СИБУРе с Июня 2019 года, отвечает за Управление цепями поставок, Логистику и Клиентский сервис в бизнесе БИАКСПЛЕН.
